I have achieved things I'm proud of — and I still feel uncomfortable asking for what I am truly worth.

Your accomplishments and your self-worth have not been properly introduced yet. That changes at the retreat.

I over-explain or over-justify in rooms where I have already earned the right to simply lead.

Seeking permission in spaces where you already hold authority is a money block wearing a leadership mask. We name it and release it in Destin.
